*Quick & easy single serve lunch recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 4Sisters Rice
4-6 oz. fresh baby spinach
4-6 oz. fresh sliced strawberries
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 cup crushed protein pretzels, chopped almonds or any nut of your choice
1-2 tbsp. ranch dressing
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Add 4Sisters rice to a bowl, cooked according to package instructions.
Top with all other ingredients and enjoy!
