Try Our Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake!
Ingredients:

1cup 4Sisters parboiled rice, uncooked

1tbsp. olive oil

1 cup small yellow onion, chopped
-
2 tbsp. minced garlic
-
1lb. chicken breast, cubed
-
salt & pepper, to taste

21/2 cups chicken broth, divided
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 cup cheddar, shredded
-
1/4cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions:

In large oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat, sauté onion in olive oil with garlic until onions are tender or translucent.

Add chicken, season with salt & pepper. Cook until golden, about 5 minutes.

Stir in parboiled rice, heavy cream, & 1 cup of chicken broth. Bring to simmer & cook until rice is tender, about 15 minutes.

Add remaining 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, broccoli, & cheddar cheese, cooking until broccoli is tender & cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

Heat broiler. Sprinkle chicken mixture with breadcrumbs & season with salt & pepper. Broil until golden & crispy , about 2 minutes.
