Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature or our products, returns are not allowed.
Refunds are handled at the discretion of our customer service department and may require additional information, including visual evidence – i.e. photo documentation, to complete the request. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have yet to receive an approved refund, first double check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your approved refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send an email to email@example.com. Exchanges are subject to the same criteria as Refunds (see above).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange the item in the event of defect or damage. Please see the Exchanges section above for more details.
Products can only be shipped within the contiguous United States. Shipping and delivery estimates are based on process date, which may be 1-3 days after order is placed.
